BrandTotal’s data collection practices are GDPR compliant

BrandTotal and its affiliates do not collect or store personal user data, nor do we monitor or track individual behaviors or activities. Any user data that we collect are anonymized and non-identifiable. Because of these practices, we are not legally required to meet standards set out by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Nevertheless, we decided to take strict measures to fully comply with the GDPR out of commitment to transparency and respect for our panel users.

As a first step, before we collect any data, we provide clear notification about what specific data we will collect, what we use it for and what we will give in exchange. We require explicit consent in advance of any data collection. We’ve also updated our privacy policies with more detailed explanations and provided our contact details to support any inquiries or special requests.

We keep alert to any changes or updates to privacy laws and regulations in order to stay completely up to date.

These actions demonstrate our full commitment to meeting and even surpassing current legal standards in order to ensure the safety and privacy of our users.
